Trinity is always on the lookout for world-class designers who take inspiration from the world around them and bring a well-rounded, diverse range of interests and experiences to their craft.

• Highly creative and collaborative and enjoy working as part of a multi-disciplinary team to create solutions for each client’s unique set of challenges
• Able to turn strategy into reality – bringing brands to life across a multitude of channels and touchpoints
• A problem solver (not a decorator) with great oral and written communication skills, able to explain the “why” behind your designs
• Open and excited to learn from – and contribute to the knowledge of – coworkers at all levels
• Have a great eye for layout and color, can think well in 3D, and are a bit of a type nerd

• Excellent design, communication and time management skills
• Bachelor’s degree in design or related field
• Real world design experience creating projects that have gone from conception to launch
• Adobe Creative Suite skills – especially Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign
• Digital Prototyping (Figma, Sketch, or XD), Animation/Video (After Effects or Animate) 3D Mockups (Dimension, SketchUp) skills a plus
